Standard Shipping

• All orders placed before 12 PM (noon) on a working day will be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Tracked24 service.

• Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

• Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Express Shipping

• We offer an Express Shipping option via DPD for £9.99.

• Express orders placed before 12 PM (noon) on a working day will be dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery.

• Express orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

General Shipping Information

• We only ship within the UK.

• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).
