Are your phones new or refurbished?

We sell both new and refurbished phones. Each phone is tested, graded, and certified to ensure excellent performance.

What does ‘refurbished’ mean?

A refurbished phone is a pre-owned device that has been fully tested, repaired if necessary, and cleaned. It may have minor/light cosmetic imperfections but works like new.

Do your phones come with a warranty?

Yes, all our phones come with a warranty. The duration depends on the product and condition:

  • New phones: Manufacturer’s warranty (usually 12-24 months)
  • Refurbished phones: 12 months warranty with us
What condition are your refurbished phones in? What is the battery health?

Our refurbished phones are available in the following grades:

Grade A: Like new, minimal signs of use - minimum 85% battery health.

Grade B: Light signs of use, fully functional - minimum 85% battery health.

Grade C: More visible wear but 100% functional - minimum 80% battery health.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders across the UK. Express delivery options are also available at an extra charge. All orders placed before 12PM on weekdays will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12PM on Friday, will be shipped the following Monday.

How long does delivery take?
  • Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked24): 1-3 working days
  • Express delivery (DPD Next-Day): next working day on orders placed before 12PM on weekdays
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK, but we are looking to expand soon.

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
